Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms are the rules for using Ping. By creating an account or using Ping, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Ping.

1. About Ping

Ping is operated by ReachUp Media, India ("we", "us"). It is a platform where local businesses ("brands") and content creators can discover each other, chat and agree collaborations. Ping is currently in a pilot phase: it is free to use, and features may change, be added or be removed as we learn what works.

2. Who can use Ping

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Ping on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your follower figures, rates and location.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person or business per account. Don't impersonate anyone.

4. Deals between members

Ping helps you meet and agree terms, but we are not a party to any collaboration between a brand and a creator. Smart Proposals are a record of what the two of you agreed. Each member is responsible for:

  • delivering what they agreed, and paying what they agreed;
  • payments, invoices and taxes, which are handled directly between members during the pilot;
  • clearly disclosing paid or sponsored content as required by law and advertising rules, such as the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising in India;
  • having the rights to any content, music, brand names or locations they use.

We don't guarantee that any member will reply, match, deliver or pay, or that any collaboration will produce results.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ping to:

  • harass, threaten, discriminate against or mislead other members;
  • post illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or infringing content;
  • send spam, scams or fake offers, or ask members to pay outside a genuine agreed collaboration;
  • scrape, copy or misuse other members' data;
  • break, overload or try to get around the security of the service.

You can report or block any member from inside Ping.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as your bio, photos, briefs and messages. You give us permission to store, display and process it so that Ping can work, for example showing your profile to other members or delivering your messages.

7. Ping AI

Ping AI suggestions, such as bios and message ideas, are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review and edit them before you use them. You are responsible for what you send or publish.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Ping at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing letstalk@reachupmedia.in. We may limit, suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put other members at risk.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Ping is provided "as is" and "as available", especially while in pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes, losses or damage arising from dealings between members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using Ping after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions, or to raise a complaint, write to letstalk@reachupmedia.in. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
